I am looking for a set of criteria that would identify low
priced stocks that have a high reward/risk ratio. In particular,
what kind of screens are most useful. Balance sheet, cash flow, earnings, analyst coverage, and price history can be considered.
It would be interesting to give a set of criteria and test
it both on historical data and on the future. I am open and willing
to learn.

Joe, Ok, let's start out with a price and go from there.

I would like to concentrate on stocks with a price of $2 or less. Is this the area you are thinking or do you have another target. What criteria do you think so far would be good selection items to weed out?
