As I read everything that comes across BMI -- the last newsbreak I see is "Microsoft in OEM Pact with Vidio Scan Conversion Firm". Also in news history I see no reference to GATE but do with a bunch of others. My next question is, Is this the midi music card like the "MIDI capible" things that my children worried me about? This newsbreak came across Dow Jones at 07/02 13:48pm.
