MERITOR-FORMALLY ROCKWELL AUTOMOTIVE....SUPPOSED TO IPO BETWEEN 10/1-10/15.....Rockwell is spinning off it's automotive division(Heavy truck equip-brakes and axles) to become Meritor, separate mgt. and reporting....most of this is because of diversified ops is so hard for stock analysts to get firm grasp on. Automotive division one of, if not the strongest Rockwell division....sales revenue and profits kept aerospace afloat....heavy partnership with White Trucks and WABCO, of Germany which makes anti-lock brake systems for trailers. supposed to be IPO'ing in $25 range.....My father has worked in this division since 1972, and it's very strong and stable
