Tony Have been in this company for several months. Icahn just settled a proxy fight by putting one of his people on the board(he wanted three). Also has been pushing to merge PANA with NEGX another good company in which he has a 20+% holding. Stock has been trading in the 4 to 4 3/8 range for months. Just started to breakout. Not sure why. If you find further info please post. lmw
