Very likely is trading at a discount to NAV. I don't know where you can get that data on demand. One closed end mutual fund that I bought this week, Templeton Dragon Fund (NYSE:TDF), was trading at a greater than 25% discount to NAV recently before the current meltdown. I suspect Korea represents good value at this point, and pessimism abounds in Korea. It may take a while for interest to grow, but I for one am quite hopeful about Korean equities. It would be helpful if you could post more info about the fund (who their manager(s) are, something about their background, the investment strategy, etc.)

P.S. Any opinion on KEPCO?- it has been trashed this week.
