Recent Flame Email to DirecPC

I've been using a DirecPC service for exactly one year now, and the performance get's worse and worse. Now my files get downloaded with so many gaps as to be useless. How the hell you people can get away with this is unbelieveable. If your v2.0 upgrade does not fix these constant problems, then your damn dish becomes a Pigeon purch, and you people are not going to suck $40 of my blood every month. Your Signal comes thru with 118, yet every large game I download unzip's into a pile of crap. Did you get your second satelite up yet? How much more bandwidth can you steal from us full paying 400 customers? I used to download files at +50K per second, now I consider myself luck if I get +20K. At that miserable speed I might have been better off with ISDN; now that Bell Atlantic bought Nynex, they're practically giving it away! The proof of the pudding is you people don't have a user forum on your Web Site, as you probably don't want to see the thousends of complaints you must be getting every day. Don't worry... I'll find more people at least as pissed off about your miserable service as I am, and maybe the trade press will finally listen instead of praising you every chance they get.
Oh, their goes my ISP, disconnecting my modem again... Of course you continue to deny it's YOUR DAMN STUPID SYSTEM'S DESIGN FAULT that this happens every 10 minutes. I'm connected to the exact same ISP all day with a regular modem connection, and get dropped maybe once a MONTH.
