I have been following this stock for a while. I like it alot. Drilling at best play starting next week I believe. 10,000 feet of drilling. Assaying will take a little longer down there. The studies done appear very interesting. The company essentially sold aproximately 40% of land rights for $18,000,000 Aus. That money is being raised through a tax scheme. It remains to be seen how much will come in, however I would venture to guess between $9,000,000 and $18,000,000 given Terry O'Leary's track record (which is good). 40,000,000 shares issued. I have done the math. Stock trading .12 on VSE today. Absolutely no promotion to speak of. Management obviously wants a big result before promoting, and money does not appear to be an issue. Suitors(Placer among others) have approached but been rebuffed. I have a reasonable position and have my fingers crossed. Many investors will bail on the way up as many are in at the 30 to 40 cent level and the former Vancouver promoters were somewhat suspect. In Australia many of the investors are "moms and pops" friends of O'Leary's. He would like the stock to go up on news of a mine and not the usual hype. He owns the lions share of the stock. Trading .16-.19 in Australia. This is my favorite stock. Saw you for a while on CRN thread. Dead money there for a while I think. They have 3 mil or so in the bank and I do not think they want to blow their brains out until the market turns around. They have some good people but it may be more long term than I am looking for for this part of my portfolio. This is my first ever post on SI! I had to make the $125 first!
