Here are highlights from an April 1998 memo from the President of Raymor Resources. It was provided by their Investor Relations. (604) 985-9386

1) The company's key project is the development of its high grade Lithium deposit in the Province of Quebec (La Motte property).

2) Negotiations are underway with potential joint venture partners to begin the exploitation of the 7.1 million ton deposit.

3) The very high quality of the lithium carbonate deposit has been affirmed by the Quebec Mineral Research Center and other independent experts.

4) Such high quality lithium carbonate is required for the new high technology lithium-polymer battery under development for the US Advanced Battery Consortium formed by Chrysler, Ford and General Motors by Hydro Quebec and the 3M company. This battery is expected to revolutionize the market for electric automobiles in as early as two years.

5) Support services such as roads, electric lines and natural gas lines are all close to the La Motte property.

6) Raymor holds an option to purchase 25 percent of the future lithium refinery in the Jonquire area in Quebec owned by Lithos Corporation.

7) Manufacture of this new battery is planned to take place in Quebec by Hydro Quebec and Raymor Resources.

8) Raymor is also developing several gold-bearing properties: Lac Arthur property in the Abitibi region, North-West Territories property, Comifa property in Mali and the Bodogo property in Mali.
