The company is not aggressive enough. They put their stores in small suburban area and hope for the Wall Mart effect. The difference is they sell products that are not necessities. Wal Mart sells cloths and cheap furniture. Hastings does not have the demographics. If Barnes and Noble cannot beat Amazon at an online war, then Hastings is not even going to step up to the plate. Amazon has a larger market cap than Barnes and Noble and they have actual stores. The information on Hastings is out, it's not going anywhere.
