Wayne, like you, I don't own, never have owned, and now will probably never own STRUD. It has become a daily ritual of mine to go out to the Daily OTCBB list to see which company is going to screw its shareholders. I just pray each day that I look that one of my holdings isn't one of them.

I have enough "quality" holdings to offset my high risk holdings, but that's not the point. The SEC has to make every traded security accountable, and I think their getting there with their mandatory reporting requirements and more stringent listing requirements on the NASDAQ. But enough is enough. This STRUD case takes the cake. Anyone that owns it, I feel your pain.

I don't know a thing about the company. Apparently neither does management. I predicted that within 6 to 9 months that PKGP would be right back to where their were prior to the 1-70 R/S, and I'm getting in the neighborhood as it's down 80% already post split. Like Twisted Sister said many years ago - "We're not gonna take it...anymore" Lets hope the SEC plays the same song.
