Your website now doesn't tell the difference between silver, gold and platinum service. Also, you should move your chat to IRC as most of your customers are already reading #daytraders and could easily monitor your channel using MIRC. Great service though you seem to be losing the PR battle to the inferior servive of MBtrading which seems to go down when ultimate trader is still up.
