Yes, I own this one too, and I'm very concerned. FWIW, my broker is very close to the company and believes all will be well in due course. (Also FWIW, I trust my broker.) Evidently the former CEO of USTS (Margolies) issued to himself and recently sold about a million shares, depressing the stock in the process. I am told that the company may sue Margolies and is seeking aggressively to bolster its stock price through corporate and individual buybacks, enhanced visibility of the company, etc. I also am told that Precept's business is booming and that there are no fundamental problems with the company. Most of Precept's stock is held by two or three insiders. Obviously, these folks are not pleased with the recent movement of the stock. But I don't think we'll see a lot of upside until the stock is "discovered" by more institutions.
