You have to contact your software/data provider and ask them the firewall code for their service. Then you go to your Computer Geek at work and ask them to punch a hole in the firewall allowing data to come in through the codes you provide. Then the Geek tells your boss you are trading stocks at work and jealousy begins.... All of this, of course, depends whether the firewall is at work or home.
