Chaos

The shift from logic based reasoning to chaos reasoning.

Theory #1
There is chaos inherent in any system. Long standing rules that should apply seem irrelevant.

Normal logic would dictate that a company lacking strong income, accumulating losses, with many intangibles.. would not have a strong stock price. In fact earnings should be a major factor in determining a long term stock price. This is not the case (ie internet stocks)

Theory #2

Although Chaos exists in all systems, there is a pattern inherent in that chaos.

It seems that most internet stocks are following this pattern.

So when investing in the future, don't look for the old rules and financial statements to guide you... look for the pattern in the chaos.

Regards
Jay
