GSIC---How it works!! Ordering After receiving a catalogue, a customer can place an order by simply picking up up the phone and calling their Home Service Representative. The order can also be faxed. A Customer can also use their personal computer to access The General Store. Consumers will also be offered a small CD player which attaches to their televisions. This device is completely interactive. This means that a customer can view any item carried by the General Store in full color just with the press of a button. If they wish to purchase an item, they enter a PIN (personal identification number) and the order is automatically downloaded through our software to the General Store Representative. The customer does not need a dedicated phone line. The unit is equipped with DVD technology (Digital Video Disk) which allows customers to view DVD movies. This unit is a complete system with an infrared coffee table keyboard and mouseball. It will run almost any PC based application or game. It also plays audio CDs. Options include Video conferencing. This allows the user to call any of their friends or relatives and see and talk them view on their TV-PC.
