The BIG DIFFERENCE between NAVR and DBCC: The BIG MONEEEEEE institutional investors are choosing DBCC, which makes it a SURE THING... A FREE RIDE... the FAST and EASY MONEEEE ... FREE MONEY just sitting there on the table ready to get bagged up and TAKEN TO THE BANK!!! The MOM and POPS are trying to fight over NAVR, which makes it highly VOLATILE and UNSTABLE... a SCRATCH and CLAW to make a buck... a BIG guessing game... My vote is for the FAST and EAAAAAAAAAASY MONEEEEE DBCC over the GUESSING GAME NAVR!!!
