I also read the ML recommendation and bought in at 14.5. Seems amazingly cheap at almost half the price that they recommended the stock at. I was also a holder of TBR. During the Mexican crisis I was able to buy TBR under $20 a share. I was scared as hell but I couldn't pass up such a bargain. I am only hoping the current prices of Brazil's Tele stocks have already largely discounted a devaluation.
