This bank was recently upgraded by Smith Barney, has a P/E of 12.62, and earns 2.65/share. Not a bad bank as banks go.

But I think few people realize UNBC also owns UNOC, which owns Bank@Home internet banking system.

Is this an unknown internet banking play?
