Expecting lots of news coming out of EBLD. Company should be completed with their
blue-sky registration shortly.

EBLD is bouncing back after selloff. Was as high as $8 last week, down as far as $3
1/2 today. Nice volume coming back in, closed strong at $4. expecting several news
releases in the near future.

Check out their web sites and alliances:
EBLD Web Sites:
entertainmentblvd.com
www2.emerchandise.com
vidnetusa.com
screenclips.com
prosportsnet.com
netfomercial.com

EBLD Web Sites in Development:
stargram.com
tubetime.com

Web Site Alliances:
comedynet.com
dimensionmusic.com
scour.net
phantomcast.com

Internet Partners:
Earthlink (ISP joint venture)
RealNetworks
Intervu (G2 RealPlayer)
Valley Media/I-Fill (order fullfillment)
Level 3 (network backbone)

There's a lot more coming. These guys have a goal of becoming one of the leading
entertainment portals on the internet. The volume that is being generated on their sites is
increasing advertising revenue, and their continued expansion into e-commerce will
further increase revenues. Their joint-venture ISP service they are creating with
Earthlink will generate substantial revenues ($19.95/month, expecting 100,000
subscribers within 6 months). Additional financing will enable EBLD to continue to
expand and acquire entertainment-related sites to add to their entertainment portal.
