Just so you won't feel so lonesome I'll say something. I have been a TPL owner for a couple of years and have done very well. The price of oil has been going up since February, so earnings from royalties should be up a bunch from last year. Maybe someone will figure out that this is probably the safest oil play in the world. Best to all, JRH
