I recently saw this in the Seattle Times Business News : In The Seattle Times Sunday, August 01, 1999 Spacelabs Medical (SLMD, $17.125) Comment: Despite disappointments, Spacelabs remains takeover candidate. Target price: $22. With SLMD trading at $15.00 well below it's book value this would great if it happened .
