MCRE up 30% today. No released news. Massive accumulation 2,000,000 shares trades compared to an average of 100,000 (20x's). I don't believe this is just typical accumulation. Small cap buying from big institutions in two large blocks of 80,000+ shares; that doesn't solve the whole equation.
