Pastimes : Converting .bmp files to .jpeg?

Well, you might just need to get hard drive with more storage space. The easiest way to get a converter is to use an application which was made for graphics... Photoshop 5.0 (or any earlier version); Powertoys; Paint Shop Pro; and the like will do fine. ALTERNATELY you could install IE4.0 with/or Windows Imaging feature which will allow the conversion and viewing of JPEGs.

If you are already using this version of IE you should have Windows Imaging under your ADD/REMOVE Programs/Windows Setup in your control panel (under accessories).

hope this helps ya out...
(ps, alternately you could convert to *.tif instead of *.bmp in paint I think...)
