Hi Russ, there certainly is a story here. I had a chance to meet Earl Bell and Dwight Stones at the EssxSport booth at the National Federation of State High School Association's 29th Annual National Conference of High School Directors of Athletics in Las Vegas last Dec. They are both great guys and their participation with this company is genuine. (I was at the conference as a guest...I'm not a coach, grin.)

This management team and business plan is in its early development stages and is about a year old now. They have no debt and are making a modest profit. I understand they intend to file a Form 10SB asap and have everything ready except the final audit, which is nearing completion.

They have international contracts both for manufacturing and distribution of track and field equipment and clothing. Their proprietary products are revolutionary in the industry. They also have some which have not yet been announced (manufacturing details and distribution details still being worked out). Their products will be used in the 2000 Olympics in Sydney.

Two additional market makers have expressed interest in quoting the stock, and one is willing to do an SB-2.

Bruce Caldwell, president and CEO, has a lot of experience in this industry -- he helped to build Sports Supply (symbol GYM), he has written a book about pole valulting, invented several types of poles, and so on.

Sorry I have not responded sooner, but I've been very busy. I've been a shareholder for about 9 years. It is about time this company pursued a viable business. I'm very hopeful about this one. Thanks for posting information about it!
