I've been going thru the same problems with getting bumped. It seems to be happening on a regular basis. I've gone thru the changing of the access numbers as their tech support have requested. Every thing goes along just fine for a few weeks then, bam, I get bumped. I don't know what the problem is but I sure hope they get it fixed.
