Osprey, here is a VSE company trading at $.12 where the insiders recently loaded themselves up with $.15 stock options.

I only know about it because a friend of mine is in it at much higher prices.

I am not recommending this stock but I think they will try and blow off the cheap warrants before rolling the company back. There was quite a bit of volume in the latter part of August early September so maybe they have already done just that. However the price never made it above $.15. I'm watching for further signs of increased volume.
