This stock looks interesting at these prices and here is my reasoning:

1st of all the stock is thinly traded and it has gone straight down from it's inception. Look at chart! Couple that with year end tax selling and if you are a contrarian speculator this is as good as it gets.

2nd: With a proposed reverse split of 1 for 4 when the stock was at 20 cents, management thought the stock would be trading at $3 in near future. Even if they are inept and naive with their reasoning, they obviously believe that the stock is undervalued. see the edgar filing (proxy)remarks.

3rd: After a reverse split from these very low levels, any buying will easily move the stock to higher levels as the stock will be VERY thin and the psychology will change quickly with positive news releases after the new capitalization. Market makers avoid short positions in stock split situations due to buy-ins and volatility.

Finally, the shareholders meeting is 12/15 and this could all be in place for a big rally in Jan/01 with some positive news from the company. The stock undoubtedly needs to be higher in order for any kind of sustainable financing to occur imho.
