BryanB: Well, since I have you bookmarked I guess I will be one of the firsts to respond. SI is a community, but SI is also a business. I think the owners and or the managers of this business should set the terms of use and the remedies for violations of the terms of use. These terms of use should not be ambiguous. The remedies for the various violations of these terms of use should be clearly spelled out, then enforced fairly and firmly regardless of how management feels about the individual. Management should listen to its membership for input, but ultimately management should make the policy and disciplinary decisions. Personally I think you are putting the cart before the horse. I think you need to get your terms of use and the remedies for violations of the terms of use updated and nailed down before you start voting on violations. May I respectfully suggest you shut down this thread and open up a thread to discuss the terms and the violations remedies first. Once both are crystal clear and nailed down, I think there will be little need for a voting process. Regards, LG
