CZN is selling all it utility functions not directly connected to telecommunications. This included electric, gas, water, and sewer. The electric sale has already been announced, and the company plans on having all the other units sold by year end. As the other units are sold and the company proceeds with its telephone service expansion, I believe the stock will rise quickly and significantly. There are some both in the company and out that believe that the changes will allow CZN to participate in the telecommunications skyrocketing stock frenzy that presently exists, even though they are right now behind the curve.
