I am not a customer but I'm thinking about it and I have the following questions:
1. Does anyone use this brokerage?
2. Any general characterization of execution quality?
3. Will they let you trade odd lots for free?
4. Do you reliably get the NYSE open price on "market orders" placed before the open?
5. Any characterization of the quality of the monthly statements?
6. Do you know who they route their Nasdaq orders to?
7. Do you know who they route their NYSE orders to?
8. If you get a real-time quote on a NYSE stock and sell at market immediately before the real-time quote moves against you, do you get the bid price reliably?
9. How well does the website perform?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
