Learning more about company. New CEO seems to have both feet on the ground and seems committed to returning company to profitability and growing it. The former is very important in distinguishing companies in this business as customers depend on software for mission critical purposes and want to make sure that their vendor will be around. Growth of ServiceAlliance platform, the company's focus, is greater than its past legacy platform (Dispatch). Look for product enhancements to platform during first half of year. Earnings date - around Feb 15th.
