Is that Vulgar, I don't th!nkso:
The Silicon Investor Terms of Use explicitly indicate a number of different activities that will not be tolerated on the site. Nevertheless, the Silicon Investor Site Administrators have an extremely difficult job since there are often extenuating circumstances and shades of gray. For this reason, the Terms of Use explicitly state that we have the complete authority to administer Silicon Investor in any way that we see fit. In other words, if we find behavior that is contrary to the goals and wishes of the community, then we can and will take action, regardless of whether that behavior is explicitly mentioned in the Silicon Investor Terms of Use or not.
Our objective is to enforce the Terms of Use as evenly and consistently as possible. With that in mind, we have prepared the following guidelines to help you understand how we typically enforce the rules and respond to Terms of Use violations.

NOTE: Again, please keep in mind that we can and will deviate from these guidelines in the best interest of the SI community, as determined by the SI Administrators.

Silicon Investor Offenses
Silicon Investor Offenses involve relatively minor infractions of the Silicon Investor Terms of Use. In these cases, particularly with first-time offenders, the member has often unintentionally stepped over the line, or let his/her emotions take control. Silicon Investor Offenses will typically be administered as follows:

Zeev: <OT> Ya know, Chuca's actually very articulate on the phone. But once he gets on that keyboard, look out. He reminds me of a colorful oil analyst I worked with on the sell side many years ago -- guy by the name of "Gusher (Jim) Garten". He wrote genuine streamofconsicousness stuff, and somehow garnered quite a following among several of the institutions. Can't remember if he could pick stocks, but he sure was entertaining. I confess that I (belatedly) joined SI just so I could keep tuned in to Chuca's ramblings. I firmly believe that, underlying all that creative confusion, he's real. Maybe the world needs a few more like him.
