Halted at the moment - Spartacus is a VCP, Venture Capital Pool.
An exclusivity agreement was up on Saturday 15 January, chances are that it's halted for the announcement of a deal with 'Targetco' ... we shall see ... meantime it's easy to catch up on, there are only six docs filed on sedar, the prospectus being the most significant - sedar.com
