Niku's IPO has been moved a week earlier, which may not be good for retail investors because that's a less crowded week, so this may get more attention:

Unfortunately, I guess Goldman wanted to move it out from under the shadow of the PALM IPO. Niku will be going out the same day as Universal Access (UAXS) (another Goldman deal), which may divert some attention:

Another thing to note with Niku is the size of the offering. With 69 million shares, this will attain a market cap of $1 billion at price $14 per share. So if they increase the offering price beyond the currently slated $10-$12, this may well be a billion dollar company before it even starts trading. If the stock goes to $75 it will be a $5 billion company. So whether this is will be a good buy depends on whether it is overlooked, and what potential market cap you think it could eventually get.
