Hello Dinh Dinh, Does MSIA's "DOCC" configuration with GTE differ materially from any other SONET-based or DWDM-based interconnection arrangement that GBIX or EXDS could employ with their chosen carriers? I don't have any opinions as of this time, just asking the question. Also, does MSIA present themselves as full fledged ASPs in the truest sense of the term, or are they taking on a hosting profile like Ellen Hancock has characterized EXDS (as differentiated from an ASP).
