NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 29, 2000--FindWhat.com (NASDAQ:FWHT - news) a developer and marketer of performance-based advertising services for the Internet, featuring the FindWhat.com pay-for-position search engine, today announced that the number of searches accessed on its search engine now top more than 3.5 million per day, up from an average of 525,000 in the first quarter of 2000.

The Company also said Web site publishers and their advertising agencies now have in place more than 3.2 million bids on search keywords or key phrases. More than 5,000 advertisers are placing bids, up from approximately 4,000 at the end of May. At the end of 1999, FindWhat.com had approximately 750,000 bids and 1,200 advertisers.

``We are experiencing growth at a record pace,'' said Craig Pisaris-Henderson, President and Chief Technology Officer. ``Every key non-financial metric is up. Daily searches have grown by a whopping 30%, key word bids are up 14%, and most importantly our advertisers have grown by 25% since we announced our metrics for May. We are thrilled that FindWhat.com is continuously establishing new milestones. These increases are making the FindWhat.com search engine an even more valuable vehicle for our advertisers, and translate into greater revenue for our Company.''

FindWhat.com also announced that the total number of participating Web sites in its affiliate network has reached approximately 14,000, up 17% from the end of May.
