Never heard such things..but I know ACTA (A forum of small long distance companies) has filed complaint against the Vocaltec and other Internet phone software companies to FCC to enforce telecommunications regulations against these companies. More info on this subject are in www.von.com. Check it out. Last Friday, FCC issued Telecommunication Policy for 1996 to increase competition among telephone companies. Probably that was good news for company like Vocaltec. As result, its share rose from 8.5 to almost 11 on Thursday. Yes, I also think this company has great potential.
