SportsNuts.com International, Inc. announced that it has entered into a letter of
intent to acquire SportExcel.com, an online sports medicine portal specializing in
providing content regarding fitness, sports performance and sports injury
prevention, treatment, and related products. Under the terms of the letter of intent,
SportsNuts.com is offering SportExcel.com shares of its common stock for all of
the capital stock of SportExcel.com. Specific terms were not disclosed.

March 10, 2000

SportsNuts.com International, Inc. announced that it has substantially reduced its
network marketing operations in order to reduce expenses and focus the
Company's efforts toward creating an Internet portal to the amateur sports market.
In connection with this move, the Company announced that it has reduced its
workforce by approximately one-half.
