Kris:

I am new to Stock Talk and have been watching XECM for the past
few weeks. I am currently in for a small 200 shares, but I am
watching it closely for a 2,000 share buy-in. Last week I went
to Xecom headquarters in Costa Mesa, California. The Co. is a
provider of telecommunication systems integration, data, and network
services. It is basically a value added communications provider.
The Chairman and CEO was formerly an area Vice-President and
General Manager of AT&T California. The President was formerly
General Manager (and other management positions) of GTE Telenet
systems. The Vice President worked with AT&T for 23 years in lower
level positions, along with 3 years at Affinity Network Inc. as Vice
President. Four other upper-level positions are filled by former
AT&T execs. This is definitely a start-up company.
The Co. is currently trying to change its status as a bulletin
stock into a NASDAQ issue. "IF" this happens, I expect the stock
to take off as a new issue. Employees at this company seem to be
highly bullish on this stock because of this. I would take that
for what it is worth. I consider this stock to be highly
speculative, but plan on buying in at (hopefully) ~1.68 in the next
few days. Your radio "guru's" interest is very encouraging!
I would greatly appreciate any buying advice that others may
have on this issue.

Shawn.
