This is just a weak response to your original query, but I downloaded the prospectus
and saw the web site for OCCF and was very interested. However, it has had a huge
run up in price since the original IPO recently. IPO price $10.50. Current price
approx. $21. IMHO I would only buy on a dip into teens.
