hi bob, This is my first message on Silicon Investor. You picked a favorite subject of mine - FPDs. What do you think about Silicon Video and its thin CRT? I read that HP/Compaq/private investors just invested an additional $55 million. SV now claims that they will have their thin 12.1 CRT ready for the HP Omnibook in 97'. ANy thoughts about this? Have you seen the technology? Is it essentially FED technology? I read some conflicting reports.
