Earnings are do before June 15th (don't know exact date). They have a 2-fold strategy: Access Beyond and licensing their V.34 modem technology to chipmakers.
They have 1 LOI so far, and are talking to several more companies.

They have 100+ products including V.34 modems, bridges, routers, almost "too many" products, so they have focused on Remote Access solutions. They have a modular solution that will allow an office to modify their networks as their needs change, using a easy, modular approach with Access Beyond. Don't have an opinion on sales however.

Their V.34 modem licensing could really take off. They will make between $1.25 and $4 PER CHIP SOLD. They could get 10M+ units of royalties next year (so says investor relations), that amounts to $10M-$40M in revenue from this alone. With 10M shares outstanding, thats an awefully attactive opportunity.

I bought this stock at 6 7/8 and started a thread, but it got no response. I sold at 8 1/2 and 9 1/4, and now I am looking to get back in since its back to 9 1/8.

It seems the worst is over, and their restructuring is going to pay off. They have lost money the past few quarters.

$20+ by the end of the year is possible if Access Beyond sells well and their licensing deals come thru...

I wouldnt look for any great earnings report, but like I said, the worst is over and things look pretty positive right now.

Call investor relations at 301-921-8600.

Yes, I like this stock, and glad to see a new thread started.
