The capital pool company's prospectus dated Nov. 30, 2000, has been filed with and accepted by the Canadian Venture Exchange and receipted by the Alberta Securities Commission effective Dec. 4, 2000, pursuant to the provisions of the Alberta and British Columbia Securities Act. The common shares of the company will be listed on the CDNX at open March 21.
The company has completed its initial distribution of securities to the public. The gross proceeds received by the company for the offering were (1.3 million shares at 20 cents per share) $260,000.
Immediately prior to commencement of trading, a cross will be reported through the facilities of the CDNX to reflect the prior distribution of 1.3 million common shares at 20 cents per share, sold pursuant to a prospectus dated Nov. 30, 2000.
