The IPO seems to have gone quite well.

Lawson opened on the Nasdaq at $15.53, 11 percent above its offering price of $14. It closed at $15.82.

The trading gives Lawson a market capitalization of about $1.43 billion, based on 90.9 million shares outstanding.
