Nice idea. Someone started a similar thread back in June 2000, and it never took off... somehow I think your timing may be better. <g>

Quite a few of my favourites/mistakes are trading fairly near to cash, but for now, one of tuck's - ACLA.

Even allowing for the restricted cash (thanks to defeat in CALP litigation, if I remember), the cap is quite a bit lower.
Maybe not a 100% genuine 'biotech', though? Ferocious burn, too (though that's hardly unusual).
