Roundup® Herbicide
Roundup Herbicide is one of Monsanto's family of more than 90 glyphosate-based herbicide products. The products are used to control weeds on the farm, the golf course and in home gardens; create sustainable agricultural systems that preserve top soil, help retain moisture and provide a valuable tool for integrated pest management programs. They help prepare deforested land for reforestation, reclaim land for grazing or agriculture that has been taken over by weeds, restore wildlife habitats, control roadside vegetation and rid school yards and parks of noxious weeds like poison ivy, among many other uses.

Anthem®, Maverick®, Monza® and Sundance® Herbicides
These herbicides help farmers optimize wheat yields by selectively controlling bromegrass, couchgrass, wild oats, canarygrass and other grasses and broadleaf weeds. Other products in this family (Apyros, Monitor and Leader) were launched in 1998 in several key international markets. These products were first marketed in 1999 in the United States as Maverick, in Australia as Monza, in Canada as Anthem or Sundance, and in other countries.
Far-Go® Herbicide
Far-Go is an emulsifiable herbicide for control of wild oats in winter wheat, spring and durum wheat, triticale, barley, peas (green, field dried, chick-peas, garbanzo beans), lentils and sugar beets. It is approved for use in Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
Lasso® Herbicide
Lasso is available in emulsifiable concentrate and granular formulations for control of annual grasses before they emerge in corn, soybeans, peanuts, grain sorghum (milo) and other labeled crops. Lasso controls more than 20 annual grasses and small-seeded broadleaf weeds, including pigweed and nightshade. For more than 25 years, its weed-stopping performance has been field-tested and farmer-approved. Lasso provides crop safety with no worry of carryover. It means less stress and higher yields than Dual®. And it offers cropping flexibility most other brands can't match. Lasso is a member of the alachlor brand family, which also includes Bullet, Micro-Tech, Partner and Lariat.
Partner® Herbicide
Partner is agriculture's first dry, encapsulated herbicide for timed-released performance and crop safety in corn, soybeans and grain sorghum. A water-dispersible granular (WDG) formulation, Partner is used to control yellow nutsedge and annual grasses and broadleaf weeds before they appear in corn (all types), soybeans and other labeled crops. With its encapsulated active ingredient, Partner offers big advantages over ordinary herbicides--including more consistent, full-season control of labeled grasses and broadleaves, handling convenience and dependable performance under wet or dry weather.
Aquamaster™ Herbicide
Aquamaster™ is a non-selective aquatic herbicide that controls emerged vegetation in environments where water is present. AquaMaster is highly effective on more than 190 species of emerged weeds, including a wide range of annual and perennial grasses, broadleaf weeds and sedges. It works in most aquatic settings better than other weed control options, because it offers application flexibility and has favorable environmental characteristics.
Seed Products
Monsanto produces seeds for virtually all of the important food crops, including wheat, corn, soybeans, and grain sorghum. The seeds are marketed under the Asgrow, DEKALB, Hartz, and Quantum brands.
Roundup Ready® Products
Monsanto has genetically modified a number of important crops to be tolerant to in-crop application of Roundup herbicide. These include Roundup Ready Canola, Roundup Ready Corn, Roundup Ready Cotton, Roundup Ready Soybeans, and Roundup Ready Sugar Beets.
Insect Protection Products
Monsanto has produced several product solutions to help growers fight insect pests. These products include Bollgard Cotton, Bollgard with Roundup Ready Cotton, Ingard Cotton, NewLeaf Potato and YieldGard Insect Protected Corn.
