I'd have to think Spiderman would have a substantial edge, over the versatility of his web shooters. Sure Batman has the grappling line on the utility belt, but it's a far cry from the range and speed of webbing. Spiderman could swoop down for attacks and quickly be out of range of anything in Batman's arsenal. Of course I'm assuming that the batmobile/copter/Robin wouldn't be involved. Perhaps the distraction of Robin would lesson Spiderman's advantage although I wouldn't think he would be much of a factor in the fight.
