Questions, I've got questions. M-2

Looking at the data from that news link in the header,

July 15th, M-2 is supposed to be $5,620.7 billion.

July 22nd, M-2 is supposed to be $5,638.8 billion.

That's an increase of $18.1 billion

The news release for the w/e July 22nd says the increase was $15.4 billion.

Does that look like there's $2.7 billion missing somewhere?

What was it the G-8 allocated to fighting the AIDS epidemic in Africa, something like $10 million?

Maybe we could slip them that missing $2.7 billion while no one is looking.
