Man, I've been screwed by ETrade so bad, it's not even funny.
Put it this way, all the problems they have had including bad trade executions, the server downs and delays, probably have cost me around $20K. Also, my funds have been tied up because of their screwups has also cost me big bucks but I stopped counting. Right now, I just want them to straighten out my account so I can get the rest of my funds released. It's got to be the most f___dup system in the industry. To have two different computer systems with different information, is inconceivable.

Any how, let me know more about this class action suit. I'd like start documenting all of the history, as time allows me to. Actually some the problems, I already have documented in my previous posts right here on SI this year.

Best wishes.
