Premier analyst, eh? Uh .. OK. Here's my analysis. This could be a good buy at this level. Or not. It's NOT an "exciting young software company". It's a reborn software company with a history that isn't pristine. The new management cleaned house a year or so ago and then straightened out the mess left by the prior regime. Shareholder lawsuits have been settled. This stock has a long way to go before it gets anywhere near its prior levels. Legacy software has been leveraged to build new interfaces. As a result, the technology is mature as well as timely. The HIPAA support could be a good solution for medical firms that have to be HIPAA compliant by Oct 1, 2003. The web services support could provide a way for legacy apps to communicate with all the new kids on the block. Do your own DD before you invest. Regards, TED
